Booking terms & conditions

In order to confirm your chosen Booking, you must pay a non-refundable deposit.

Where a deposit has been paid, full balance payment will be due 6 weeks in advance of your check-in date and a reminder will be sent to you two weeks prior to this date.

Cancellation by you at any time will result in your deposit being forfeited, as all deposits are non-refundable.

All monies paid for a holiday (deposit and balance) are non-refundable within 6 weeks before check-in date.

Cancellation of any holiday after it has been paid in full and at a date, 6 weeks or more in advance of your check-in date, will result in forfeiture of your deposit (or an amount equivalent where one was not paid as the holiday was paid in full) and the balance being returned to you.

Regarding our cancellation policy, we are responding and adapting to customers on a personal basis to help navigate the current situation. So, it does take a little more time but we're more comfortable approaching each individual booking with different solutions to help our guests.

The overall policy is in place, but if the government deems it safe to travel to UK destinations as a holiday, we are planning to re-open on 12th April 2021, which is the current plan from the government.

If for any reason we find ourselves unable to honour bookings for our own business reasons, we will let guests know ASAP. However, we have undertaken much more stringent social distancing measures and detailed our cleaning process here https://loveland.farm/cleaning

We will initially look to re-book you in at a future date convenient to yourself subject to availability. Our deposit policy remains the same, however, we are able to issue credit notes for the full value of the deposit or if you have paid in full, this can then be used for a full year and can be extended if required.
